Over the last two weeks, we’ve been spreading the word about When You Move to over 1300 mortgage brokers across the country at seven Pink and First Complete Kick Off events.
Hosted by Richard Coulson, Jon Round and local Regional Sales Directors, these energetic and motivational events delivered the latest property industry updates, as well as key market opportunities to explore in 2018.
They were an invaluable opportunity to connect with mortgage brokers interested in trying new property technology, as well as hearing from key speakers from the industry.

When we began to develop our technology, we knew there was one question we had to answer to transform the way industry works.
Why do less than 1% of the mortgages brokers write monthly, get referred to the legal panels that they have access to?
Through extensive research and first-hand experiences, we found that there are three key areas that need to change:
- Firstly, communication between all parties in the process needs to improve significantly. There’s a large risk for brokers when they are referring slow and unresponsive legal firms, which has a negative impact on everyone in the process.
- Secondly, referrals tend to go to long-trusted partners that sit outside of these legal panels. This ultimately restricts conveyancers access to new instructions and limits broker’s choice.
- Thirdly, chasing referral fee payments can be a frustrating experience and can have a negative impact on managing cash flows for companies.
Our new technology solves these problems in three simple steps:
- Our client-friendly app updates all parties of any changes within the process with live notifications. Conveyancers can work comfortably and send quick updates about the stage of process to everyone at once, using one platform.
- All the legal partners we have on our platform have been hand-selected by our team, and are determined to provide better customer service through new technology. Within the platform, we have capacity indicators that ensure your chosen conveyancer is available to take on your work, as well as allowing you to refine your search based on location and price. You can easily add your preferred or local conveyancer to the platform where you can both benefit from better communication and clearer case progression through our dashboard.
- Referral fees are paid automatically on completion and with our dashboard, you’re able to track case completion times to get a better visualisation of your incoming revenue.
